Extension and Remodelling for Hull City Council.

The design ethos was to retain and break out into the existing school landscape and create a variety of beautiful spaces to teach and learn.

Marfleet Primary is proving the value of good design via the adjacent housing development – as the exemplary school has become a selling point for the potential buyers of the new housing. This, in turn, is sustaining the future intake of the school, which was falling prior to the works.
